para selfcaged : I've used the digital timer with individual wrist cuffs fastened to the back of me steel chastity belt... only thing is I didn't hear the beep when I accidentally hit the hour button when setting timer...lol now I set timer infront of me and use a padlock to fasten it behind me after set..
